If you are worried about someone, don’t leave it to chance. Ask them if they are okay. We know broaching the conversation can be hard and you may worry you will say the wrong thing. But asking if a person is okay could be the start of them getting better and could potentially save their life. Use the graphic below for some guidance on how to ask whether someone is okay.

Box breathing is a simple breathing exercise that will help you relax and regain control.

Next time you are feeling stressed or anxious, simply relax your body and take some time out to do the following:
🧡Inhale for 4 seconds
🧡Hold for 4 seconds
🧡Exhale for 4 seconds
🧡Hold for 4 seconds
🧡Repeat (Aim to do this exercise at least 4 times in one sitting)
