Life-saving training
Everyone should feel comfortable talking about mental health and confident knowing where to turn for support. Our Ambassador of Hope training gives people the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to have open conversations about mental health and support themselves and others when it matters most.
Simple, practical and open
to everyone
Ambassador of Hope training is a one-hour, awareness-raising session designed to
equip people with the tools to better understand mental health and feel more confident supporting themselves and others.
Supporting people to care for themselves and others
We can help you develop a workforce that is informed, confident and able to respond appropriately to wellbeing concerns. Providing people with clear, practical knowledge helps a consistent approach to wellbeing, strengthens support across teams, and builds safer, workplaces and communities.

Katie Marlow

"I want our communities to be
underpinned by individuals with a robust understanding of the importance of early help, the willingness to step up be the catalyst to ensure people are able to help themselves, or
access their appropriate support networks – whether that be formal or informal."
Tom Magee

"I’m motivated by the belief that small conversations can make a big difference. Helping
people feel more confident, informed, and compassionate around mental health is what
drives my work. Prevention is better than intervention and that’s what mental health
awareness training can do."
Clair Rose

"If we can help ONE person then we have achieved.
If we can train 10, 20, 100+ people, and they help ONE person, then we will collectively be better at helping others, reducing the stigma and understanding Mental Health."
