Chasing the Stigma Randomised Draw Terms and Conditions
Entry
● Participation in the randomised draw is free and requires submitting your email address.
● By entering the randomised draw, participants have the option to sign up for Chasing the Stigma’s newsletter.
● Entry to the randomised draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over.
● Employees of Chasing the Stigma and their families are excluded from entering the randomised draw.
● The randomised draw is limited to one entry per person.
Selection of Winners
● Winners will be selected at random within 7 days from the end of the entry period.
● Winners will be contacted via email using the email address provided during entry.
Prize
● The prize is a signed Luke Humphries shirt.
● The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
● Chasing the Stigma reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
General
● Chasing the Stigma reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if necessary.
● The closing date for entry is 25th April 2024. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw, but the email addresses provided may be retained for future communications unless expressly stated otherwise by the entrant.
● Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry.
● Chasing the Stigma reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Use of Entry Information
● Participants’ email addresses will be used for the purpose of the randomised draw and may also be used for future marketing communications from Chasing the Stigma, unless expressly stated otherwise by the entrant.
Data Protection
● Chasing the Stigma will treat all personal information with the utmost care and will never sell or swap it with other organisations for marketing purposes.
● Participants can unsubscribe from Chasing the Stigma’s newsletter at any time. Governing Law
● These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
● Each party agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of
