Deliver impact, drive engagement, and help end mental health stigma.
At Chasing the Stigma, we believe no one should ever feel alone when facing a mental health challenge. This belief guides everything we do. We are a national mental health charity grounded in lived experience, with a clear ambition to normalise and humanise conversations about mental health and ensure everyone in the UK can access clear pathways to support whenever and wherever they need it.
Through our Hub of Hope (the UK’s largest mental health support directory), Ambassador of Hope training, and awareness campaigns, we remove fear, confusion, and stigma, helping people find safe, local, human support.
We’re now looking for a Training and Partnerships Coordinator to help us grow our impact. You’ll coordinate our Ambassador of Hope training and support partners across sectors including education, NHS, charity, and corporate organisations to embed the Hub of Hope and promote access to mental health support.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and support training sessions across the UK, both online and in person
Build strong relationships with partners, trainers, and fundraisers
Deliver agreed partnership outcomes and support our mission delivery
Collect feedback and insights to improve our work
Travel occasionally (2–3 times per month, some overnight stays)
About You:
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
Passionate about mental health and our mission to end stigma
Digitally confident and adaptable
Willing to travel when required
What we offer:
£27,000 salary
28 days’ annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
Flexible, hybrid working
Pension scheme
Cycle to Work scheme
Supportive, purpose-driven team culture
You don’t need charity experience — we’re looking for the right attitude, transferable skills, and a genuine commitment to our mission.
Deadline for applications: 12 noon, 30th October 2025
Interviews will take place during the week beginning 17 November 2025.
