Chasing the Stigma is expanding and we need a Training + Development Co-ordinator.

In 2021 the Ambassador of Hope plus was developed in order to expand on the original training giving participants a chance to practice the skills and techniques learnt. How to start a conversation with someone in need of support and helping them gain the right expert help through our award winning mental health platform the Hub of Hope.

 

We offer bespoke consultancy services for organisations needing help to support their staff with their wellbeing and soon we will be launching the Ambassador of Hope Youth programme. The training is written and delivered from a lived experience point of view and we are passionate about making sure that is portrayed in all of our training. We are looking for someone who can help support with the creative development of the training, keeping it fresh, relevant and engaging for the participants.

 

The postholder will be tasked with supporting the Head of Training and Development in overseeing the smooth running of the charity’s training and consultancy services on a regional and national scale, particularly leading on a range of operational functions such as dealing with enquiries, bookings, client communication, trainer scheduling, invoicing and monitoring and evaluation.

 

This is an exciting time for the charity with lots of new developments and opportunities ahead, we need someone who can share that passion for helping others and wanting to strive and work hard to help grow the charity in order to support as many people around the country as possible with their mental health.
